• Letter was sent asking snowmobiles to use fire access roads instead of private property
• VLMP was contacted about training, we will post summer training once its available
• Association is now incorporated

New Business

• Rate of arrearages has increased. President will contact nonpayers, either directly or through Mike Ward.
• Road fee will be increasing because funds are low and worst case winter cost has gone up.
• Association voted to grade Cottage Road.
• Association will sponsor a picnic 1st weekend in August.
• Proposed to bring amendments to bylaws, reducing number of at large members.
• No solid info on tree cutting on opposite side of Cottage Road.
• Agreed to make a contact list available to member to aid in reporting damage and winter conditions, once people have a chance to opt out if they wish
